Routes

Lines and routes: Jelgava

Jelgava, the old capital of Courland, lies on the Lielupe river south-west of Rīga. Its buses are run by Jelgavas autobusu parks, and the busiest line, 1, runs from Viesturu stacija across the city to Ozolnieki.

Line 5 links Blukas with the centre, line 4 runs to Ģintermuiža and line 22 to Jelgava station, where Vivi trains leave for Rīga.

Good to know

Jelgava buses have no live tracking here, so the boards show timetable times. Allow a minute or two either way.

How it works

Open it. Look. Go.

No timetables to search, no stop numbers to remember. DepBoard reads the street around you.

  1. Find your spot

Uses your GPS position, or any street, place or address you search for.

  2. Stops, nearest first

Every stop within 500 m becomes its own board, sorted by walking distance.

  3. Departures, live

All boards refresh in one request every 30 s, and the countdown ticks every second.
