Routes

Lines and routes: Ventspils

Ventspils is a port city where the Venta meets the Baltic Sea. Its buses are run by Ventspils reiss, and the busiest line, 22, crosses the city between Inženieru iela and Celtnieku iela.

Other lines link the centre and the bus station (Autoosta) with Selga, Staldzene, Siguldas iela and the Mols pier, and suburban lines run out to Tārgale, Piltene and Akmeņdziras.

A selection of lines. DepBoard shows every line that serves a stop, with live times wherever the operator publishes real-time data. Ventspils timetables: pieturas.lv (gsvalbe.id.lv), built from Ventspils reiss schedules.

Good to know

Ventspils buses have no live tracking, so the boards show timetable times. Allow a minute or two either way.

How it works

Open it. Look. Go.

No timetables to search, no stop numbers to remember. DepBoard reads the street around you.

  1. Find your spot

Uses your GPS position, or any street, place or address you search for.

  2. Stops, nearest first

Every stop within 500 m becomes its own board, sorted by walking distance.

  3. Departures, live

All boards refresh in one request every 30 s, and the countdown ticks every second.
